Terms of Service

Air Solutions provides professional media services for real estate listings, including:

• High-quality real estate photography
• Drone footage and aerial photos
• Interior walk-through video tours
• Optional video/photo editing

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without notice.

• Bookings can be made online or through direct contact.
• Payment is due after the shoot and before delivery.
• We accept: Cash, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, and Cryptocurrency
• Late payment (48+ hrs after shoot) may result in delays or legal action.

• Turnaround time: 2 to 24 hours after the shoot
• Files are delivered via Google Drive
• Delivery times may vary based on job size, travel, or editing scope

• Clients must cancel/reschedule at least 24 hours before the appointment.
• Late cancellations (under 24 hrs) may be charged a 50% fee.
• We do not offer refunds once work is delivered.

• Clients are granted full usage rights for marketing, including web, print, MLS, and social media.
• Air Solutions retains the right to use any media we capture for promotional purposes (website, portfolio, social media) unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

• We are not liable for delays, technical issues, weather-related problems, or access issues at the property.
• The client is responsible for property readiness and accessibility.

• Drone services are subject to FAA rules and airspace restrictions.
• Drone flights may be canceled due to weather (wind, rain, etc.) or legal flight limitations.
• We will notify clients if a flight must be delayed or canceled. Reshoots will be scheduled if needed.

Air Solutions may update these Terms of Service at any time. Using our website or services after an update means you accept the revised terms.

We only collect client info for scheduling, communication, and project delivery. We do not share or sell your information to any third party.
